Returns Eligibility We accept returns on products that are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food products.

Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with our returns address and any additional instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
